Eyal Gottlieb

The Technion – Israel Institute of Technology (IIT) is Israel‘s primary technological university and the largest centre for applied research in Israel. Eyal’s lab forms part of the Technion Integrated Cancer Center. Over the past few years his lab has generated state-of-the-art metabolomics capabilities (based mostly on mass-spectrometry technologies) to study metabolic transformation in cancer. Their research combines analytical chemistry, human and mouse genetics, and molecular and cellular biology to explore the metabolic control of tumorigenesis. This knowledge has also been directed towards informing approaches to therapy.
